VIP Bat (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between VIP Bat and its members.

Each person may only hold one account on VIP Bat. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be immediately closed and all balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. Your account may not be shared with or transferred to anyone else. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

VIP Bat may request identity verification documents from members at any time. You may be required to submit a National ID, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is completed.

3.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Every bet on VIP Bat requires confirmation before it is finalised. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled except under special circumstances.

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, VIP Bat reserves the right to make the necessary correction.
• Bets placed using clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error will be voided.
• Any in-play bet accepted after the outcome has already been determined will be voided.

3.2 Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

Separate bet limits apply to each event and market. These limits are displayed on the betting page. VIP Bat reserves the right to change limits without prior notice.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

• Betting using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Creating artificial betting cycles within an account is strictly prohibited.
• Betting from restricted regions using a VPN or proxy is strictly prohibited.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information is strictly illegal.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits at VIP Bat can be made via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 BDT. Funds are typically credited to your account instantly.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made through third parties will be declined and returned.
• To prevent money laundering, the source of funds may be verified for large deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is 200 BDT. Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 business days.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals involving suspicious transactions will be placed on hold pending further verification.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, providing false information, or having family members claim bonuses from the same device will be considered bonus abuse.

VIP Bat may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If you register using false or misleading information.

• If money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected.
• On our own initiative, if clear signs of betting addiction are identified.

If a valid balance remains after account closure and no breach of terms is established, it will be returned following verification.
